Our mission is to support our community. The OSC Welfare program accepts applications twice during the OSC membership year, in the fall and in the spring. The Scholarship program awards scholarships to deserving high school seniors and continuing education students. Our wonderful members and volunteers who participate in fundraising activities, as well as all of you who shop at the Buy & Bragg help to make these programs possible.
