Do you, or someone you know, need education assistance?
The Fort Bragg Area Officers' Spouses' Club is offering scholarships for both traditional and continuing education students. Awards have been determined for the 2010-2011 year. Please watch this site for information on submissions for 2011-2012 awards.
Scholarships are available to any family member of an active-duty or retired soldier with a valid military identification card residing in the surrounding areas (Fort Bragg ) or whose sponsor is attached or assigned to Fort Bragg.
Guidelines and applications are available at the The Buy N Bragg, Throckton Library, and in the Guidance Offices of area High Schools.
Please print out application, guidelines, and reference letter, and return to the address provided! You will find the application, reference sheets and all directions/guidelines at the links below!
The Scholarship program awards scholarships to deserving high school seniors and continuing education students. Our wonderful members and volunteers who participate in fundraising activities, as well as all of you who shop at the Buy N Bragg help to make these programs possible.
The Fort Bragg Area Officers' Spouses' Club (FBAOSC) held its annual Scholarship Awards Reception in May 2011. The following was awarded to an outstanding group of young students:
1. $20,000 – Officers’ Spouses’ Club Scholarships
2. $1,500 – Gold Star Family Scholarship
3. $1,000 – Doris O’Brien Scholarship
4. $500 – DUSA Scholarship
